Sounds like you have a plan there, a few questions:

-What is your plan for lights for the plants?
-What other fish are you planning on getting?
-What kind of gravel are you switching to?--why not switching it now instead of having to go through a recycle when you replace it?(all thought there are small steps you can take)
-What plants are you planning to get?

....lol you use ALOT of smiles.

shadow . I have to agree with Ryan . Your gravel is where most of your bacteria will be and if you replace it you will very likely go thru a cycle again .
I agree though that if you intend to grow plants you will need more plant friendly substrate. I would suggest just replacing a third of the gravel at a time and putting Water Sprite or some other very fast grower in the new gravel.

Shadow, save your filter cartridge and the most importantly the first 15 gallons of water you vacuum out of the tanks before replacing the gravel. With the dirty water and the old filter you will be able to shorten the cycling process.

with 6 wpg your asking for trouble id suggest 2.5-3wpg max of CF lighting that will let you keep just about any plant...

I have found a few issues with your plans:

Like Alex said with 6 wpg your gonna have an algae farm instead of a nice tank. Like Alex said, decrease.

Riverstone is going to be too larger for plants to grow, maybe a pea size that is natural looking. Just not river stone.

When I asked about your lighting I meant what lights are you planning to get?

Well,can't have everything I want,

I got all of the females during my rescue day,and now they are in the 33 with 3 cories,1 Blue Gourami along with the origional inhabitants, the GG and Rainbow. There is 12 in there ATM and 1 is in hospital tank, she's a cellophane, and she does'nt have a ton of strenghth,so she is in a shallow 50oz tub.

I'll add more cories eventually[along with any females I can't bare to leave behind while I'm there]

I think I'll add 6 peppered.Maybe 6 more juliis.

I have the 2 40-60GPH now.[brand is Whisper]

Updates coming soon!!
