Are these guys brackish, or fw? Also, are they aggressive, as many puffers are? How big do they get? That should start some discussing.

I read up a bit on it, and apparently, they're fw, grow up to 5 inches, and come from the congo basin region. Too bad I don't have a cycled tank to spare.

Very cool! Never seen one offered for sale. treat as any other FW ambush predator, like the Congo or pignose.
