I have a 38 gal.

I have 6 small cories

6 harlequin rasboras

A pair of rams

and 2 ottos

Could i stock it with about 3 more ottos and ten or so more rasboras?

Yeah, your tank is big enough. Those rasboras and ottos are small.

My harlequin shoal had dwindled to just six over the last few months. I added another fourteen yesterday and there was an immediate change in their behaviour as they formed one large(ish) shoal. Definitely worth doing.

Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

You can definitely add those ottos and rasboras. A larger shoal of rasboras in a heavily planted tank would look really great.

BTW, very nice choice of fish you have !
