Since I'm moving to become a student, my budget is going to become very tight. I have a 20g long. What would you stock if you limited yourself to $20 (10 pounds)? I already own everything but the fish. I am partial to gouramis but I am open to any suggestions. |

Maybe those would work for you, along with a few ottos for algea cleanup and variety... |

Sell the fry back to the lfs for store credit. Gouramis overall are pretty easy to breed and don't need a complicated tank setup for it. I've actually made more money though trading in extra plants than breeding any fish. |
