I bought 2 surinamensis a few months ago that were the same size one is growing very fast the other is'nt really growing at all anyone have any ideas if the other doesnt start to catch up soon ill have to remove him from this tank hes starting to get picked on being of a smaller size

We've had a few Geo. Surinamensis before and they can be very intolerent of their own kind.
It looks like the large one is a male - I can't tell what the other one is - it won't matter though it will still get picked on.
If you have the tank space I suggest you separate them until they are bigger then if the smaller one is a female you can introduce them at a later date.
