![]() | Tank setup help.... 75 gallon |
diamatron![]() Fingerling Posts: 49 Kudos: 9 Votes: 0 Registered: 12-Aug-2001 | I have a 75 gallon all-glass branded tank and hood/light assembly on top. My LFS had the matching canopy for my stand. It's All-Glass branded as well. Problem... The top of my strip lights contact the bottom of the canopy door when its closed. This would create a lot of heat and might cause fire in my opinion. Do I need to install a lower profile lighting system. I was p[lanningon ordering the glass cover, but this would not change the position of my strip lights. |

I don't really know how expensive that would be, or if such a thing exists, but in my mind that would be the way to go if possible. |
