I'm sure it's possible but you'd have to just fill the tank with bubble wands and such. You'd have trouble seeing the fish through all the bubbles so even if you love bubbles it's not likely you'd add that much to your tank. |

It's the dissolved oxygen in the water that gets used. And the amount of dissolved oxygen in fresh water with specific temperature etc is constant. So you will get to a point where you can't dissolved more oxygen into the water and excess will get exchanged at the surface. Also, the bubble is not purely oxygen, it has other gasses in it. So eventually you will have an equilibrium of different gass concentration in the water. But it's kind of dangerous if the fish inhales a bubbled gas. As oxygen or any gas exchanges more readily in the gaseous form then dissolved form. |
