Also maybe a surface fish, possibly marbled hatchets, or golden wonder killie. In the forty I would try to find a mate for the dwarf cichlid(preferrably 2-3 females). The rest I would not add anything to.

Rasbora - check 2 Cory Sterbei - maybe 4 or 5 3 Cory Juilli - maybe 4 or 5 3 ottos - maybe 5 6 Glowlight Tetras - maybe 10 4 Female Dwarf Neon Rainbows - why only females? add 2 males That should fill the tank up nicely.
