| What does "drilled" mean? | |

They have a website where they let customers advertise used tanks, etc... I noticed that in the posts people keep asking if the tanks are "drilled". I only have freshwater tanks. Is this something for salt water? If so, would I be able to use this tank for freshwater? ![]() Barb |

They are usually drilled for a sump or refugium. I think you'd be best starting off with one that hasn't been drilled. Check it carefully before you buy.
