I have an empty twenty gallon tank and im really not sure what to do with it. I dont wanna put much money into it and i already have all the excesories. Any ideas ??

Try a basic plant tank. There are many plants that are inexpensive that will do nicely under low-medium lighting. Only real setup cost would be the plants, maybe some fertilizers, and at most new lights or brighter lights.

Over here black skirt tetras are dirt cheap like 30cents each you could try some of those or if you dont already have one you could make it a qt tank. ???

Depense on the condition and how desperate people are. And there purpose for the tank. I would pay a fair price for a 20 because i want to set up my first sw tank.

Go with white clouds and some water wisteria. WCMMS are cheap and fun, wisteria is a fast growing plant and is usually rather inexpensive.....
