Well, I wasn't sure what to put. Nutrafin Color for my apisto tank and Bio-Blend small cichlids pellets and Bio-Blend bottom feeder wafers and also some LFS brand spirulia flakes. For my african tank I use Plankton Gold from Brine Shrimp Direct, spirulina flakes, and Hikari Gold pellets. I also supplement each tank with zucchini, cucumber, and lettuce leaves. Oh yeah, I also use frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, and a frozen community mix made by San Francisco Bay. Yeah, about covers it.

It's not a flake, but my staple food (actually, more or less my only food - I've ceased to supplement frozen foods and so on since I switched, since it's supposed to have everything in it) is Newlife Spectrum.

I use wardleys flakes, Hikari for wafers and OSI for pellets . I heard somewhere that the tetramin is high in fats that arent healthy for fish, any truth to this?

Gee, what don't I use? I have nutrafin colour enhancing, Tetramin Pro crisps, and various pellets (hikari, marineland, tetramin). Plus the food for my plecos, cories, and bettas, and my salties eat nutrafin and hikari... Oh jeez, I have too many fish foods...:%)

I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!

Fish eat flakes. Flakes feed fish... fish swim in tank, making poop and amusing me(by swimming... not pooping!). Flake food good. Ug.
