Well, that's a likely possibility, can you give a little more information on the tank? What size is it? What kind of plants/decorations do you have in it? Also, what are the water parameters?

It depends on how long you have had them too. Platies breed a lot less than guppies, and mollies even less than platies. They are not "super breeders" shall we say like guppies are.
Also, in my experience, Mollies and Platies eat their fry. Guppies dont very often. So it is highly likely that the fry are being eaten, espescially if you dont have a densely planted tank. I keep guppies, platys and sailfin mollies. I have had the guppies and platys for about 8-9 months, and the mollies about 4 months. To date I have had countless baby guppies, maybe 2-3 dozen seperate deliveries, of the platies, I have had 3 I have found fry from. The mollies to date have produced no fry.

Any other fish in the tank?

I've only managed to raise four fry from my platies and guppies. They share a tank with paradisefish, German rams, and loaches...someone is getting supplements to their diet I used to have a three-spot gourami in that tank and he was the worst one for eating the fry.
