I dont know about every one else but I have gone looking for the perfect fish and every one has the some ones. I looked online and they are all the same too. There has to be some where to get some not so common fish. Even common fish that have been bred to have the best color. I also have a hard time finding female fish. If you know where to find rare fish let me know. How much should I pay? I live in Orange county CA so if you know of any local shops or really good websites hook me up!

rare fish usally come with high price tag. a real cool fish is a ferret fish. it has elongated wiskers coming out of its gills real cooling but hard to distribute because he wiskers get brken in transit and the fish dies of stress. i cant even finds most of the fishes they have in the dr, axeelrods fish atlas . go to rare fish and reptiles ive seen the fish there its located in the SGV area i think. but its a pricy fish about 120 bucks i think. they also have alot of natural looking and rare fish.

And keep in mind that a lot of the cool fish (such as all species of piranha, freshwater stinrays, and even apple snails in some areas) are illegal in Califonia.

ARGH!!! I must NEVER hear the Paradise Threadfin called the Ferret Fish again.

However, yes, Rare Fish is an AWESOME seller that gets in some of the best fish. If you're in his area I definitely recommend dropping by. He can get almost anything that's legal.
