| Would Silver Dollars and Tiger Barbs be too large for a 27 gallon? | |
fishygirl68![]() Hobbyist Posts: 97 Votes: 0 Registered: 07-Jul-2004 ![]() | I currently have 4 neons and 1 Dwarf Powder Blue Gourami in this tank. (I'm watching carefully to make sure the neon/gourami thing works, the first sign of trouble and the neons are outta there ) The lfs told me Silver Dollars and Tiger Barbs would work with a Gourami. I DO NOt want to overstock, or put fish that will get too large in this tank. Would these be ok? And what about bottom feeders? I really like the Ghost shrimp, but the lfs said they would be fish food for the gourami. And at 5.99 each, that's an expensive treat... ![]() |

The silver dollars are to large, and the tiger barbs nip. -- Gomer |
