Two Tanks Big Fish Posts: 449 Kudos: 328 Votes: 13 Registered: 02-Jun-2003 | I don't think I have ever seen this thing before. Frankly, it sort of defies gravity in how they keep water in the parts linking the tanks together. They did get the name right - knutz, however. Thanks for showing it to us. |

As for the heating issue, I recall the owner of the tank, on another website posting that he kept the water in the tubes well circulated, thus ensuring an even heating. |

A bit gimicky for my liking, along with the other forumites I too have questions about cleaning and heating the overhead section. What would entice them from one tank to the other via the overhead tube... besides feeding from alternate sides? Why would they swim between the tanks, it is not like any natural setting and I suspect they would be suspicious of that exposed tunnel. ~~~ My fish blow kisses at me all day long ~~~ |

The fish seemed to be nearly as big as the tubes... Overall I think that its a cool setup, I'd like one in my home if I could figure out how it was done and could afford it ^_^ -inky Inky |
