OK, let me try a little different;

5 harlequin tetras 4 inch-OK
5 hatchets-not with other top fish, only if no other tops
5 killifish-depends on which one, but mostly yes
5 upside down fish-again unsure of fish, several kinds
6 danios-ok
1dragon goby-no good, needs brackish while other don't
3 clown loaches-OK
1redtailed shark-no, gets very aggressive when larger,
1 snail-ok
1 aqautic frog-would not suggest
1flower shrimp-dinner for other fish
2cories-need more corries for a nice school, maybe 6-8 more
1farowella or stick fish-OK
2 anableps also known as four eyed fish-again the choice between top dwellers

There is always a bigger fish...
