I just added 5 danios to my 55g yesterday. Now my water is cloudy. I'm only assuming that the additions have made my water cloudy, is this the case?

what kind of danios, how big, and how long has the tank been up and what other inhabitants are in there?

I find it hard to think that 5 danios would do that in such a time in a 55... something smells.. fishy

tanks been up for 2 months now. Its just 5 small zebra danio's, maybe 1/2 each. Everthing seemed fine but when I got home from work 2day the water was terribly cloudy. I did about a 40% water change but I'm hatin it right now. My tank was looking so good as of late.
1 blue gourami, 1 gold gourami, 1 paradise, 2 bolivian rams, 2 dario loaches, 1 burmese loach, 1 BN, 4 cherry barbs & 3 danios(b4 adding the 5). Its partially planted.

I doubt it was the danios. I'd get a water test asap, ammonia, nitrites and pH, the more the merrier.

Did you clean anything in the room? Use any sorts of aerosols at all?

Paint? WD-40? Windex?
