This should help: http://www.aquahobby.com/gallery/gpantodon.html

They are jumpers and will eat anything that fits in to their mouth.

I was thinking about getting a butterfly fish and there is really only one tank I could put it in is my Amazon tank (yes I know it would break the theme but the theme is already broken so oh well). The only problem is some smaller cories I have and large tetras. I have red serpae and lemon, would those be big enough to live with a butterfly fish? I don't think the cories will be a problem as the only time they are at the top is to do a quick surface to air.

oh, and you don;t have to lower the water level as they live just under the surface, though they will swim lower into the water when threatened - they are actually pretty good swimmers!

and make sure you have little to no current on the water surface, so aim your filter return into the water, otherwise your fish will stay in a corner somewhere and you won't get to see him move much, which would be a shame as theyre very graceful when they move..

any small slower fish thats at the surface will most likely get to being gone shortly they love crikets n may flies n spiders myn will eat feeder guppie fry
my male is almost 5" long n he bites anything that goes into the tank even my hand watching him move is totally relaxen since i dont have room for an arrowanna rite now hes the next best thingthose tets u mentioned will b fine as well as the cories
abf r extremely fast n can jump[ i had one of myn go clsoe to 8' in one huge jump thats the only time ive had one jump out they do prefer stiller water alil current is fine
add some floating plants they like to sit up in them n wait for food
