Moonlights dude!
I actually saw a great set of moonlights on Ebay....they were a set of 10 small LED moonlights that you can affix inside a wood hood, or to the top of the tank on a glass hood or plastic rim. They were really reasonably priced, I think the buy it now price was around 14.99 american, way cheaper than those expensive 100$ + ones Ive seen, which probably arent any better.
Check out Ebay, probably your best bet!

Possibly actinic, but if you just want to see them, most animals cannot see red lights. So if you get a red light and shine it on them when it's otherwise dark, they probably won't know the difference.

LED moonlight.......I had tried the led red light one time, and judging from the fish's reaction, they could most certainly see it. Made a bristlenose pleco dash back under the driftwood.
