i have a fairly established 30 g aquarium, and since a few of my fish passed on, it's been a bit boring.
all my fish are great and i love them to bits and well i was hoping to add a different fish to the mix.
i have some platies all female although some of them are still pregnant, 2 honey gouramis (female), 1 neon dwarf gourmais (male), 6 corys (three-lined) and 6 harliquin rasaboa's.
i was thinking about getting a pair of angel's, although i'm not sure if they would be compatible with my already existing fish.
any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Although the angels would probably be compatible with the fish mentioned, I think you are already fully stocked. Perhaps you could add more harlies, but other than that, I wouldn't add anything. Angels get pretty big.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

Yes, they might try and eat the harlequins, especially if they're young and you get a full-grown angel... But I do agree that adding angels will make you overstocked. They're pretty deep-bodied fish, so they have a little more bioload for their length then torpedo-shaped fish like your rasboras...

perhaps you can trade in your rasaboa to your LFS for angels.

well angels are compatible with the fish you have got in there, and i highly doubt angels will eat harliquins coz they're not streamlined like tetras are.
I wouldn't go with angels, they get too big for a 30g IMO, id get a pair of dwarf cichlids like bolivain rams instead

[font color="#000080"]i agree that angels get too large for your tank,
especially with the fish you already have in there
i recommend kribensis, mine just bred on friday
they are lovely to watch
