Black phantom tetras can be kind of nippy, I believe. A fish with long fins such as an angelfish wouldn't stand a chance against all of those tetras. EDIT: Whoops, my mistake. That was inter-specific aggression that I've heard about. Male black phantoms tend to fight amongst themselves, but with little damage resulting.
