I haven't noticed any harmful effects with it at all. I'm not sure what you are really asking in your last question. The color temperature of the light depends on the bulb, not the length. A 30 inch striplight actually has a 24" bulb in it, and is rated at 20 watts. If you do have live plants, it would be best to use a daylight and actinic bulb if that is the effect you're looking for. Plants do need other wavelengths than just blue. |
