These 'sharks' tend to be intolerant of their own kinds and of other fish. Since these two cyprinids are pretty similar in looks and habits, there's a good chance that there would be aggression if they were kept together. I don't know this for sure, but I'm just using logic. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. ![]() |

Either way dont do it cause youll end up with one dead fish. |

You can't have more then one of any of the Epalzeorhynchus family in an aquarium. One will kill the other. All of these "Sharks" need an aquarium of 55g or more to live and grow properly. Any less and they become hostile and stunt. |

I wouldn't suggest more than one, as noted before. |

Generally speaking, though, no. Logically, if the occur in the same range, they will naturally come into contact with each other. But having enough room for one to retreat isn't something that most aquariums provide. ><> |
