	dead tetra's and hazy water
princessinabsentia Hobbyist Posts: 135 Kudos: 81 Votes: 0 Registered: 06-Aug-2004	quick question.. my ammonia and nitrite are at 0, no nitrate test at the moment, and my ph is at 7.2 a little high but bearable. I also tested teh water hardness and let me tell you, hard ismt the word i'm going to get a water softner on the way home but i was just wodnering if that was why my water is hazy and why i can keep tetras to save my life? me

Racso Mega Fish Some Assembly Required Posts: 1163 Kudos: 1442 Votes: 35 Registered: 19-Feb-2002	I agree with calla, a lot of tetras are just bad news, dying off for no reason. However, on the other side it could be your water. Try the water softener, it may help out.
