I'm setting up a 6g for a couple pairs of Endler's that will be arriving late next week. They're a different color pattern than those I breed so I want to keep them separate until I get some fry from them.

I'm upgrading filters on another tank, so this one will have an established Whisper 10. Until the fish arrive I only planned to have some MTS in the tank. Should I put a fish or two in the tank until I get the Endler's, or is it ok to run fishless?

You need a few fish to keep the bio-filter going. Don't want the bacteria to go hungry.

Did you decide on Priority or Overnight shipping?

Good Luck, Mike

You can also just add water & a cup of sunstrate from another established tank.

Thanks...I added some gravel from the other tank, as well as some water. I think I may still put a few of my females in just to give them a break

I went with priority on the shipping. I've had fish sent that way before, but I wanted to know if there were any definite reasons I shouldn't use it.
