I am glad to say that my fish are all safe in a 15 gallon aquarium that was not being used. I am just glad i was around when the tank started to leak. My question is I am looking for 2 or three fish that are of a decent size that will live in a 15 gallon aquarium with two bichers (3-4 inces) and a small ghost knife. This is a temperary setup for them, i am waiting for the time to fix the 29 gallons leak and put them back in there. But i am just currently looking for 2 or 3 fish that stay in the middle section of the tank (non bottom dwellers). thank you john (ps. i am aware that a 15 gallon and a 29 gallon aquarium is too small for bichers. Im just waiting for the money to buy a much larger tank) |

Just wait on your larger tank, otherwise you would probly have some issues with more fish in the 15. |

The fish you have in there are/will be too large for the tank, and you don't want to make that worse. Also, knife fish are known to eat smaller fish, so adding anything small enough to not make an impact on the bioload would likely be trouble. |

However, I really wouldn't suggest keeping the BGK, as they get to 20" in length, and require a HUGE aquarium to keep happy. There shouldn't be any predation between the birchirs and BGK, though. |

Suggest to this few fish because they r peaceful and grow big enough to be with your bichir and BGK in the same tank even in the future too. |
