I hope posting this is ok. I was searching the web and found The Fish Wizards.

Not sure if anyone has heard of them but on their fish for sale page they are offering a free pair of killies:

Free Pair of Killies!

The Fish Wizards are pleased to offer a free pair of killifish to anyone who is a member of the American Killifish Association. This offer is made in order to encourage non-members to join the AKA. Spefic species depends upon availability. Write us for current species list. We hope current members will also take advantage of this offer. This offer does not include shipping. However, there will be no additional shipping charge if another fish purchase is made at the same time.

They ship USPS Priority Mail which usually isn't too expensive.

I just bought 2 pairs of A. Australe from them on aquabid. It's my first venture into killies so I can't wait to get the fish. I paid $8.00 for shipping but it wasn't overnight so I'm concerned since this will be the first time I didn't select an overnight option.

They should be here tomorrow (hopefully!) or Friday at the latest so I'll let you know how my experience is.

I did happen to notice they use 60 hour heatpacks for shipping.

I'm interested in hearing about your experience. Good luck with the fish

Got my killies today! They are soooo cool. Cutest little fish too... I think I'm a killi fan for life. And thefishwizards.com gets my praise.. very nicely packed, cheap shipping. Their fish are wonderful and next time I'm looking into another killi species they will be my first stop.

That's great to hear!

Besides their killies they also have a variety of bettas other than splendens.

I have been to that site several times. They have pretty nice fishes. =) I haven't yet ordered any fishes online as I am in no mood($$) to take risks at the moment.

yeah the betta rulitan looks reallly interesting. I love the red win color even though I'm not a big fan of small-finned bettas.
