1: 3-4 times a week
2: Hikari if at all possible
3: Depends on the fish, as much as it'll eat in a few minutes

I only use frozen food (with exception of herbivourous sticks/seaweed for grazers). Frozen offers all the nutrients of live without the stress of risking the introduction of desease. The quality of the fish really makes the difference in the extra cost.
As suggested previously, 3-4 times per day. I feed a little, very often (5-6 per day) to try and maintain the natural eating habits of the fish in the wild.

1. I use it as an extra addition to my flake, so about 3 times/week...
2. Hikari, and only Hikari...I use bloodworms and brine shrimp...
3. Try one cube and see how long it takes for them to eat it all, then up the dosage until they can't finish it under five minutes...once you reach that point, cut back a tiny bit and that's your amount

PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread.
