when I do convert into a 55G from a 20 long should I use the water from the 20 & add the rest tap water, or do I start all over by establishing the water w/ a couple of fish & waiting b4 I add my current stock.
Also right now I have:
2-blue Goramis 2"
1-paradise fish 1 1/2"
2-zebra danio's & 1 spotted 1 1/4"
4-cherry barbs 1"
1-bristlenose Pleco 3"
I'm gonna add more Danio's, probably 5-6. Also can I add yoyo loaches or something similar (if I can find some)

By all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

I would put 35 gallons in the 55 a couple of days in advance with a airstone then finish it up with the rest of the water in the other tank on move day along with the fish and the filter from the 20 long

The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an bacon and egg breakfast: the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'."

thanx, Guess I will try it that way. I'm gonna buy the tank either 2day or 2morrow. Any suggestion on my possible yoyo loach approach.
