Don't know about the puffers, but the killies are one of the easy ones to keep. They live several years, and are mop spawners. Will tollerate a large range of water variences. They need at least a 10 gal, less the males will become humpbacked if the tank is too small.

HTH...

There are many fish you can keep with them. Corys, almost any catfish or pleco will be ok, as long as they don't get large enough to eat the killis. Most all live bearers, like swords, platys, molllies, ect. The larger tetras, as the neons may get eaten by the killis. Some of the dwarf cichlids, like Apistos, and kribs. Danios, and more. Depending on your tank size, there are many fish you can keep with them.
