ok, first off i know ya'll are going to ask water parameters... i dont have htem here are work. But i have hazy water... just barely and it seems to be mostly in the middle of the tank.... and i've changed the direction of my power heads to make sure there is enough water movement
use the diatomagic filter... water changes etc.. and its still hazy... although i can see clearly from top to bottom... could htis just be the glass? (bought the tank used)

I need a little more information on your tank, please How long have you had it set up? What fish are in it? Is the substrate gravel or sand? What decorations are in it? It's possible that the glass just needs a good cleaning as my used 55g did BADLY), but there are other things it could be as well.

Sometimes haze will remain a day or two (depending on the power of your filter) after a water change from the disturbance. How long have you been setup?

If it's residue from old hard water try CLR (a cleaning compound) and a razorblade, only on the outside of course. If it's small scratches on the outside there are chemical products that fill in the scratches:

But they're small (for eyeglasses), expensive, and may not work 100% because you won't get scratches on inside. Hope this helps.
