I will buy one for sure |

There are also high-end fixtures designed to allow independent control and timing of each bulb of the fixture, so that you can set up lighting schedules, but that's probably too expensive. |

Maybe try setting up an extra lightstrip and put a low-level light on there if you really want to operate on three levels of light. Then you can turn on the room light first, your low level light second, and your main light lastly.
