If she was pregnant, where do neon's like to lay eggs and what am I looking for? Mine are in a comunnity tank with a school of 9 neons. |

heaven2![]() Mega Fish Posts: 1065 Votes: 0 Registered: 10-Jun-2002 ![]() | Years ago, I used to have a school of black neons that spawned regularly in a large planted community tank, but the eggs never even hit the gravel, they were consumed like relished caviar by all fishes in the tank, even the other neons... The females got plump, but not grossly so. The only one that got grossly fat died, perhaps was eggbound, not sure as I did not attempt a necropsy. |
