i got a used 55usg that came with some fish that i didnt think could go together. i have a pair of kissing gourami, a red-tailed shark, african cichlid, a pair of black skirt tetras, and a pair of blue gouramis!

but it works, so ill let them be

I would try to get rid of the cichlid, and add at least four more of the tetras. Only bad things are going to happen with that African cichlid in there, so you should get pre-emptive and remove it from the tank.
Otherwise, there isn't too much of a problem.

What are your plans for the tank?

i think im going to keep everything except the cichlid and make it into all communtiy tank.

once i remove african what else could i put in the tank with the rest of the fish?

will it be okay to keep the red-tailed shark in there?
