	newbie feeding?
bettachris Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004	i picked up this baby fish food. it is something first bits. i was thinking of trying it out but first i have to breed my bettas. owell that's the easy part. if any1 has tried this food let me know.

littlemousling Conchiform Posts: 5230 Registered: 23-Aug-2003	It will be okay for them at some point, but it definitely won't replace live food. You really need at least two types of live food to raise bettas (usually microworms and bbs), preferably a lot more than that. When I was breeding heavily, I had cultures of vinegar eels, microworms, bbs, grindal worms (a personal fave) and insuforia scattered about - and used them all quite a lot. -Molly Visit shelldwellers.com!
