Ever since I started using stress coat for a water conditioner the bottom of my water change buckets have been coated in free floating orange stuff. It sinks quickly after I stir it up so I've been scooping water off the top and dumping the last 1/5th of the bucket outside. When I went back to using cheap start right the it went away. So I filled up 2 buckets with stress coat and one with start right. The orange stuff showed up in the 2 buckets with stress coat and not the 3rd. Any idea what it is? I've wiped some off the bottom of the buckets and it's definitely orange not brown like the diatoms that occasionally coat the buckets.

It can't be dried up stress coat. It's under water.
