What would be a better way to get rid of fish poo in my aquarium: a live plant, a gravel vac or some kind of snail? (I do partial water changes and have small gravel)

the only way to get the poo out is to gravel vac. plants take part in the nitrogen cycle but won't remove anything from your tank.

Yeah, plants help take care of what poo becomes. I have plants but I still gravel vac to keep nitrates down. If you keep fish (and waste) to a minimum, you may not have to vac w/ plants.
