| should Gars be kept in pairs or schools? | |

I'm going to assume you've actually got a Needlefish, since none of the true gars are remotely silver. I believe these fish are solitary. True gars are often kept in groups, though, and no harm done when they are. I am not sure if these completely unrelated fish will react the same way, though...
