They are in a 29gl tank by themselves for the exception on three cories and a small pleco. They're bodies now about 1/2 dollars size except for one that is smaller. They are now starting the "bickering" with each other, one fish in particular gets it all the time If I move this same group to a 55gl without adding any other fish will this behavior stop, or should I look to trade them for something else? I really like the angels.Barb |

Try observing them and take note of who is picking on who. If 2 seem to be ganging up on the other 2, the more dominant fish are probably a pair. If the pick-ers and pick-ees seems random and changes, they're getting territorial. If you feel you have a pair, you should keep them and give up the other 2. If it seems you don't have a pair, you can most likely keep all 4. Either way, I would move them all (angels, pleco and corys) to a 55g. Then finish off your cory school, as they like to be in groups of 6 or more. HTH |

The small marble one everyone likes, the black and the gold get along fine, but the silver one is only tolerated by the marble. Does that make sense? I knew they had to be moved, but did want to keep them all if they're going to bicker all the time. Thanks! Barb |

Add a school of something small like cardinals or rasboras. I have two angels in my 46g with a school of rummynoses and cardinals and the fighting is kept to a minimum. My Scapes |

Been doing this off and on for a long time, and I have been able to actually get "real" answers to my questions. Ok, if I put the 4 angels, 6 cories, a small pleco, I think he is a leopard. Who knows what comes out of Superpetz . and a small school of somthing else will it be too much for a 55gl?Thanks! Barb |

Stocking ratios are greatly affected by frequency of water change and the size of your biological filter. My Scapes |
