i'm out of ideas!!!!:%):%)

i've just moved the fish from my 10 into my new 15.

i need ideas of what to do with the 10gallon. i could use it as a hospital of even fry tank, problem being i don't really save any of the fry, more like live food in my tanks. and as for hospital i'll get bored of having empty tank.

i like rams, but might have these in my 15. i want somthing completly different from what got. i something i've never had.

come on guys lets see the ideas flow.

i know could i put rams in my 45 if i put some of the fish in that tank in my 10. would rather the rams in my 45 cause its in a place where i can look at it more.

something simple would be really cool, I plan on having a tank that size of spotted puffers...

How about 8/9 neons with dark gravel to show the up colours nicely?

i sort of do, problem being i'll get bored of it empty and my father never lets me have empty tanks in the house 'put that in the garage!!!!!'.
i can use a small former betta tank if need be, touch wood i've never had to use a hospital.

I think 10 gallon is pushing it with kribs. Each krib will reach four inches. Better to get a pair of dwarf cichlids, look at some in the Apistogramma genus.

You can keep a pair of dwarf cichlids with other fish. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see some stocking lists:

i've gone from having a hospital to a fry tank, to keeping a pair of dwarf cichlids, was even reading up about multis and was even set to start putting sand into the tank.

what i'm thinking now is to move the honey gourami pair i have and the three guppies into the ten. then either leave the 40 as it is or add a pair of rams to it. there is more room, plants and caves the 45g so better for the rams.

question- will the rams be ok?
- will the guppies and honey gouramis be ok in 10?
- and finally what is best filter to get for 10g, was goning to use the corner air filter from 45 and get second one for the 45, now thinking get new one that doesn't take up much room, but is cheap??
