You can put a few small fry in there if you're breeding some fish in a decent sized tank and there are too many fry in it. Or you could cut it apart and epoxy it back together as a big flat piece of plastic or glass (whatever it's made of) and then make a window out of it

Really, your best choice for a fish is a betta. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
