I know where I am from the seller can get in trouble for selling reptiles to people who don't have the appropriate licence. It's only fair as it ensures both parties involved in the transaction do the correct thing. I hope the creature survives the change and gets appropriate housing...although back in the wild would be better. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~ My fish blow kisses at me all day long ~~~
