I just acquired a 6 gallon minibow and i was wondering if it would be possible to do FOWLR. I know it is a really small tank, but i cannot get another tank. Please don't yell at me and tell me i should do a bigger tank, Don't get me wrong, i would love a bigger tank but i already have two and my mother would never let me get another big tank. So what fish could i maybe put in and would the filter that is built in be alright?

i wouldnt go with the sea horses, they need pristine conditions to survive in, you could put in some shrimp and hermits and snails, im not sure about what fish are small enough to live long term in a small tank.

it is the filter that is built into the aquarium, a bio wheel.

A 6 gallon tank IMO is not suited for any marine fish...
