It has loads of goodies on the inside of the hood... High intensity T5 power compact lighting (2x24w) with built-in twin cooling fans Twin Blue Moonlight LED's Surface/Protein Skimmer to remove oily surface film and detritus Hidden Rear Filtration Compartment: 166gph pump, mechanical, biological and chemical filters. Image: http://www.uda.co.uk/24-gal6.jpg Looks really good to me, £180 ish. I will of course then need to buy test kits, live sand, live rock, aquarium salt. What do we think guys? 24g is bigger than i was going to do but hey.. All i know so far, is i will be replacing the bio-balls with rubbel, and i dont want a pair of clowns and an anenome. Im very (very) rusty as far as lighting goes, bloke at the LFS reccons they're enough to keep some corals, even an anenome (i know some don't require high light). Ideas? J |

T5HO tend to be a lot brighter. That said the lights will support most softies and lps. I doubt that it would support most pacific 'nems though. Definitely condys but those tend to not be "reef safe". I'd hesitate to put long tentacles, bubble tips, carpets, or other clown-hosting anemones in there. They'd slowly waste away. Also, all in one tanks tend to lack flow. I'd make sure to add some extra flow. Maybe a koralia 1 or 2 maxi jet 900s. I'd personally chose the koralia, and I'm positive you can get them over there. Other than that, those units tend to be pretty nice. Especially if they are made of glass. Not a bad choice at all. Critical Fertilator: The Micromanager of Macronutrients |

I refuse to have a dull-marine tank...i mean, the bluey sorta brightness is what it;s all about! |

Tomorrow i put a deposit down, and friday i pick up my stuff... Stocking ideas have been drawn to Helfrichi firefish and Mystery wrasse, and maybe a fire clown and/or flame angel...gotta watch those though.. |

Just remember that with the smaller tank tank you`ll need to be a little more dilligent as far as tank care. |
