I have two clowns in my fowlr 20 gal. tank, and they behave a bit oddly. The smaller (male?) likes to hang out by the filter wher the bio-wheel meets the water...he does not touch the water's surface...The bigger (female) hangs out near the bottom of the tank...just kind of hovering...The both come running when I approach...They both eat...Is this all normal?

Thanks.

Ed

Not to change the subject but..... How are your nitrate readings with that bio-wheel? Or did you remove the wheel?

I kept the bio-wheel...Nitrate readings have been very low. My latest concern is a result of adding more live rock to the tank...Basically it has had to cycle all over again...This time with living things onboard. I've used amquel-plus with some success, and will do a another big water change in a couple of days....I hve learned so much throughout this process - about chemistry, the ocean, animal behavior, and about patience...That's a huge one for me.
