Hey guys and gals.
I just found this crab at the highest point in the tank holding itself upside down not far from one of the sump return outlets in the strong current.
I picked it out straight away (as we've had problems with xanthid crabs) and put it in a cup.

Eggs close up =)

She was spawning in the tank!
Half the eggs have been released in the cup now and they're swimming towards the light.
I know that even the best algae eaters can become fish predators, but what's the word on these?
Thanks.
Tom

I'd keep it out of the tank. It doesn't look like any beneficial crab I've ever seen.
