Hey everyone,

I've had my Cinnamon Clownfish and Coral Beauty Angelfish for about 2 - 2 1/2 months now and I really haven't established a feeding plan with them. I try to feed them twice a day.(once at 12 which I usually forget and once at 8 pm which I always remember. I feed them Formula One and Prime Reef flakes and Frozen Mysid Shrimp soaked in Xtreme Garlic by Kent Marine.

Here's my questions:

How many times a week should I feed them these foods?

Should I consider adding another food to their diet?

Thank you.....

don't know if this will help, but i try to feed my fish when i first get up and when i go to bed, the times for me aren't consistant but for most humans they are at least semi reasonably consistant...best of luck with them...

It is suggested that you feed as many times as you can during the day. Feeding like this stimulates the fishes digestive system to be more effecient and is also 'as it would happen in the wild'. I feed mine a vast variety of frozen (mysis, krill, artemia, mussel, cockel) and include seaweed as appropriate. This makes it easier for new fish to feed quickly and provides a balance for the fish to thrive.
