Hammer Coral | |
fishkid99 Enthusiast Posts: 252 Kudos: 218 Votes: 39 Registered: 07-Dec-2005 | i cant figure out whats wrong with my hammer coral. its doesnt come out most of the time during the day but comes out fully at night with the moon lights. I moved the hammer down to the bottom of the tank today because i figured that the light in my tank was to strong for the lil fellow. Will this solve the problem or is their something else i need to do?? >>>----> <----<<< pnh |

I have a frog that has been thriving under 250 watt MHs and T5s for months, and they're in the same family. My guess is it probably has something to do with the water flow, or maybe the type of lighting? How do your calcium and other levels look? Any creatures you might have in there that could be bothering it? -Formerly known as the Ferretfish |

With your calcium that LOW Im going to take a wild stab in the dark and guess that your alkalinity is most likely sky high. Id definately test for alkalinity, and PH.....and do another calcium test just to verify the results. what test kit are you using to test calcium with? |
