It has been a while so I thought I would say hello.
Not a lot really happening on the Tank front. I have pretty much given up on my 46 and plan on breaking it down and selling it. My 75 is doing well but I am fighting with a nasty case of Hair Algae at the moment. I need to pick up some hermits to help get it back under control.

Good news however is that Cathy has taken an interest in having a tank of her own and my LFS sold me a 65 gallon all-glass tank with a built in overflow for 185 bucks. Kinda hard to beat that price in my opinion. I am working on a stand for it right now. I already have two 175 Watt MH lamps for it, a tank for the sump, return pump, etc. So it should be a fairly inexpensive startup.

How has everyone else been doing?

I dont think we've chatted before, I'm sort of a newbie on the dark side I guess. >.<

My current set up:
72 RR bowfront w/ 30 gallon sump
AquaMedic 48" dual 250 MH w/ T5's
AquaC EV protein skimmer w/ Mag5
Oceans Motions 4 way Super Squirt
4" DSB

I guess that's the basics...she's a BIG work in progress. There's a thread in RK on her.

My 46 is just one of those cursed tanks. It has crashed twice and always has an algae outbreak of some sort. I just gave up on it LOL.
