Are you thawing and rinsing the mysis off before you feed it to the tank? |

So changing the water every week will slow the growth of the pineapple sponges. I have a 55 gal. I have been changing out about 5 gallons of water, is that to much or not enough? |

Your filter feeders love the excess nutrients, which is why the sponges are popping up. The sponges are not bad, and usually dont get carried away. I would do a 10 gallon water change every other week and see what happens. |
